Iker Casillas Fernandez, Madrid, Spain, May 20, 1981, is a Spanish footballer. It's the Real Madrid goalkeeper first division of Spain and the Spain national football team, where is the captain and led both the football team of Spain at Euro 2008 won by this.
Iker Casillas was selected as the best goalkeeper in the world in 2008 and 2009 in the ranking prepared by the International Federation of Football History and Statistics and the FIFPro. Since 2000 he has been regularly included in the list of the best goalkeepers of the year according to the IFFHS. Currently ranked second in the World Ranking History Goalkeepers of the International Federation of Football History and Statistics and is considered by many as the best goalkeeper of the day.
